GPX vs TMT

The summary data from travel in .gpx format does not match its corresponding journey in .tmt format, for example:

Maximum speed (.tmt file): 68,40 km/h.
Maximum speed (.gpx file): 59,96 km/h.

Track interval (.tmt file): 15.00 m.
Track interval (.gpx file): 0.00 m

Monitoring interval (.tmt file): 15 seconds
Monitoring interval (.gpx file): 0 seconds

The .tmt file, is 11442 bytes, and the .gpx file is 4628 bytes, for the same route. What advantage does the .tmt file?

In the summary of data it would be missing the minimum height and the maximum height.

I hope my suggestions help.

A greeting
